Capturing the moment of ‘munch’; salivating over the ingredients list; conjuring the combination of taste and texture - mind wants to DIY one of those Scanwiches

Interesting to see how the idea of a ‘virtual tongue’ worked out here. It reminded me of the workshop I attended few years back that made us brainstorm pretty crazy ideas of virtual applications. I had this idea of a virtual tongue program whereby one receives tastebud-stimulants derived from the ‘taste-data’ analysed from a target food. Say one orders chicken rice, one gets the stimulants of chicken, garlic rice etc.

Needless to say, the idea struck me when i was obviously distracted by a hungry stomach with a craving for chicken rice.
